These are the Policies of Ollie’s Adventures, LLC regarding the Tours we help you set up and manage.

All attractions, meals listed as included, lodging, transportation, 10:1 free chaperone ratio, and an Ollie’s Adventures tour director.
Terms and Conditions
By signing up your yourself or a traveler for one of Ollie’s Adventures you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions set below. Please call us at 478-200-7241 or email us at info@adventureswithollie.com if you have any additional questions.
Vendors
It is important to note that Ollie’s Adventures does not own any of the vendors we work with on our tours. We must all adhere to each vendor’s guidelines and policies. Ollie’s Adventures will work with our customers to ensure satisfaction with any vendor we use.
Food Allergies
Meals are often provided when taking packaged tours. It is important to notify Ollie’s Adventures if your traveler has any specific dietary needs. This can be done when signing up on our website, notifying us in writing, or by contacting us via phone. This way we can ensure our vendors are as prepared as they are able to provide for your traveler. If you have concerns about the group menus, please plan to send alternative food options.
Lodging
When signing up for one of Ollie’s Adventures you will be asked to sign up for Quad, Triple, Double, or Single Occupancy rooms. Typically, there are 4 students to a room (Quad Occupancy) and 2 chaperones to a room (Double Occupancy). The leadership for the trip is responsible for arranging rooming lists. Please notify your leadership and Ollie’s Adventures if you have specific rooming needs.
Transportation
Ollie’s Adventures will work with local motorcoach operators to ensure quality and value with every tour. Ollie’s Adventures will always request buses that have Wi-Fi, DVD players, electrical outlets, and a restroom on board. Ollie’s Adventures is not responsible should one of these features fail, but will do our due diligence in selecting a quality provider we trust.
10:1 Chaperone Ratio
The group leadership is responsible for assigning the 10:1 free chaperones. Typically, these consist of members of the faculty and staff of the organization taking the trip. This is not intended for most travelers. Please see your groups leadership if you have any questions.
Tour Director
An Ollie’s Adventures representative with accompany each group. This individual will be the liaison between Ollie’s Adventures, the group, and the vendors throughout the tour. They are a paid feature which ensures that all tours run smoothly and to help solve any problems that may arise.
Non-Refundable Deposits
All payments listed as non-refundable are non can not be refunded for any reason. Many of the vendors will not issue refunds after a certain point. This deposit also ensures that the group gets to go incase of cancellations. It also goes to make sure all fixed costs are covered. (Bus, Tour Director, 10:1 free chaperones, etc)
Payments
We accept online payments as well as checks, cashiers’ checks, and money orders. When paying online the traveler is responsible for the 3% credit card fee resulting from a transaction. There are no additional fees for other currency.

Cancellations
Should a trip cancel due to lack of interest more than 45 days out before the trip was meant to depart, full refunds will be given to travelers. Should an individual cancel more than 45 days out they will receive a refund short of the non refundable deposit. Should a person cancel within 45 days of the trip, Ollie’s Adventures will refund everything but the non refundable deposit, plus any vendors we won’t be able to adjust should that amount exceed the non refundable deposit. Should an unforeseen event, such as a pandemic, cancel the trip at the last minute, Ollie’s adventures will refund all funds except for 50% of the initial non refundable deposit.
Gratuities
Everything is included on this tour except for gratuities for the Tour Director, Drivers, and Local guides. We recommend $2.00 per person per day during the tour for exemplary service.
Wait List
Typically, Ollies Adventures plans for one 55 passenger motor coach. Should that motor coach reach capacity, no new signups will be allowed until we have met our minimums again for a second bus. Anyone attempting to sign up for a capped trip will be put on the waiting list. Its free to join the waiting list and you will be notified should we reach our new goals and unlock a second bus.
COVID-19 Policy liability and Indemnification
By booking, financially committing to and physically traveling on a trip with Excursions Unlimited by Ollie’s Adventures, passenger(s) do so at their own risk and will indemnify Ollie’s Adventures and Ollie’s Adventures employees in totality against any claim(s) resultant to any actual or perceived harm caused by potential exposure to COVID-19. In addition, passenger(s) will not hold Ollie’s Adventures or Ollie’s Adventures employees liable for any actual or perceived harm caused by potential exposure to COVID-19 during a trip.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, but optional and can be purchased through our partnership with Travel Insured International (Agency # 61979). More info can be found on this document: Travel Insured International Student Travel Protection Rates & Coverage
